Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern.
For pimples there are lot if available treatments but each case needs to be treated according to their needs.
In case you are getting acne which is scarring and nothing has helped yet, it would be wise to consult your dermatologist to start isotretinoin for you. This will need you to be under a doctor's supervision and treats acne effectively.
Till you start isotretinoin, you can use salicylic acid wash n benzoyl peroxide gel to be applied once a day and Retino A cream to be applied once at night.
All these measures will help keep your acne under control.
Usually till the age of 25 or 26 years old patientacne keeps waxing and waning. After that it usually resolves. But the scars need to be treated with a dermaroller or lasers

I want to know whether this is a "acne" or "pimple"..I even dont know what is happenning to me because nobody tells me clearly..and i also want to know why this is happening to me, what are the causes of this problem so that i can control on the things which can reduce this problem..Also guide me some precautions necessary for this.
Note: The drug which you mentioned above i.e. Accutane is used by me already for 3 months (initially when i started Allopathy treatment) then again 2 times with a gap of 3-4 months but after completion of the dose it starts again. what to do?

Acne and pimple is the same thing. You have pimples which is in medical terms called acne. You get it because you are in the age group of 13 to 26. Most of the people get acne in this age group due to the change in their hormones. There are no precautions related to food. You need to however keep your face oil free by using a facewash thrice a day.
Accutane is not a permenant treatment. You will get acne a couple of months after you stop it. That's because it's your age to get them.
I would recommend application of the creams I mentioned earlier. It will be better to be under a dermatologist's supervision who can regularly follow up with you and accordingly alter the treatment.
