Hello,
Thank you for asking your consult at DoctorSpring.
Long duration cough (practically cough more than 3 weeks) in India should be evaluated and Tuberculosis needs to be ruled out.
Symptomatic treatment will not help in this case. I would like to know whether you have loss of weight, and loss of appetite or night time swearing associated with this.
