I can understand your concern.

I saw the pictures however I need some information to come to a diagnosis.

I would like to know since how long do you have them? Are they itchy? What's your age? Have you taken any treatment for them?

It seemed like a condition called lichen nitidus. However, I want the above information as the lesions are very tiny and can't be seen clearly. The other possible diagnosis could be due to yeast infection.

You seem to be having yeast infection. I would recommend that you apply clotrimazole cream twice a day on the affected areas. That will help resolve the bumps.

You can take Tab. Fluconazole 150 mg as a single dose, once weekly for 2 weeks.
It is highly effective against yeast infection.
I would recommend application of Clotrimazole creme as well.

I checked the picture. It seems to be more of an allergy now. I would recommend application of cortisone cream twice a day for a week. You can see if that helps.

In case it doesn't, it's best to see a dermatologist who can examine you. At times examining a skin lesion is important to confirm the diagnosis.
