Hello,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have seen the two images of MRI brain. I do not see any significant lesions of MS or any other abnormalities on these images.
Best wishes,

( Kindly note, we also requested our radiologist to look and give his opinion. Once he replies, it will be posted here. Meanwhile you can post further follow-ups addressed separately to both specialists ).
Patient replied :
The previous MRI a year ago read, "occasional sm foci of increased intensity on T2 and flair, most obvious left parietal and rt frontal subcortical regions. Total number 3 or 4, motion minimally degrades detail on axial flair n proton density weighted images. No convincing infratentorial lesions. No abn enhancement. Small probable mucus retention cyst left maxillary sinus. Appropriate intracranial flow voids identified.
Do you see anything of this on this MRI? I value another opinion. I am happy to know that the white spots I was looking at are not anything. :) maybe this is all a mistake???? But I also have lesions on my spine. I'm confused.
Thank you for getting back.
The two pictures uploaded here do not show the relevant parts of the brain. So, you are advised to upload the relevant pictures of MRI brain, to see if the last year lesions are still present or not.
