Resolved question:
I have a rcc tumor on my back rib cage. About 3cm. Is surgery a decent option? Meds have bad side effects.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand from your very short description that your primary cancer in kidney was removed in 2006 and presently in 2014, you have ONE - 3 CM - lesion in rib cage, probably bone metastases.
I would suggest you to get that solitary lesion surgically removed followed by treatment with some form of oral targeted or chemotherapy.
I would be happy to answer more queries, if any.
Regards.
