hi,
Thanks for your query.
Warts are caused by virus and they can’t be eliminated from body. The warts can be burned off by a doctor, but they may return. They have been associated with cancer of cervix (women), so women with the condition should visit and get herself checked by gynecologist periodically for monitoring such complications. Both men and women can pass the virus on through sexual intercourse. This condition is not been found to be more potentially serious for men in comparison to women.
Genitals wart are very frustrating in many situations and also somewhat worse in those who are already confirmed as HIV+. You would be little disheartened to know that the role of effective HIV treatment in the treatments of genital warts is variable and still under study. Generally, an effective HIV treatment seems perfect in creating modest effect on course and results of treatment of genital warts.
Keep in mind that genital warts are not dangerous as they can be cured.
