Hello,
Thank you for your query at Doctorspring.com.
Did you have those irregular beats and skipped beats during the holter examination? Tingling pain lasting a minute or so doesn't seem to be of cardiac origin.
However, If the jaw and arm pains on exertion then it seems to be angina. The tests that you have done do not evaluate for angina fully. You should undergo TMT to evaluate for this jaw and arm pain on exertion.
If your ECG and Holter and Echo are really normal then the risk of sudden death due to congenital and structural anomalies of heart is low and equal to general population. But to predict sudden cardiac death due to heart attacks evaluation of angina by TMT is necessary.
Also the Holter can be called normal if you had symptoms during the 24 hours and still the ECG is normal during those 24 hours.
Hope this helps, please feel free to discuss further.

hi, no i did not have those skipped beats during the holter.
also i get easily tired while running or excercising
Hello, Thanks for the reply.
Either you get a repeat holter done, so that we have a tracing of ECG when you have ongoing symptoms. Or the other option is to rush to a nearby ECG center to get an ECG when you are having palpitation. Also do get a TMT please.
