I ve infection on my penis for the last few months, due to that my foreskin became tight. Tip of the penis is red. I don't haveanyb issues in urinating. Please give me a solution to get rid of this infection and lossen the foreskin as normal.

You had balanitis and that has made the foreskin tight. Tightness of the foreskin has worsened your balanitis and thus the red tip.
I would start my patients on T. Forcan 200 mg OD x 5 days and T. Oflox 400 mg OD x 5 days. You could discuss the same with your Doctor and get a prescription. You can get back to me after 1 week. Please take them only under care of your Doctor.
