Enterbacter Cloacae Complex set of gram negative bacteria which are found plenty in the environment around us. Normally they do not infect humans to cause any serious illness. But under certain circumstances they can infect humans.

One is when the body defense system is weak - As in severe immunodeficiency or with Diabetes.
Second scenario is when there is a predisposing condition - Such as defective heart valve.
Third is - acquired from a hospital during treatment or stay.

Other than these scenarios Enterbacter will not usuall bother us. And no Clotrimazole under normal circumstances will not treat Enterbacter. (But Clotrimazole doses have antibacterial propery and some bacteria in the complex might respons to it).
