i am vinod kumar singh from gorakhpur uttar pradesh india. i am suffering from ibs . my main problem is that when i got to toilet then no clear toilet and during toilet come some mucas which in white colour so i take medicin from BHU varanasi there examine by colonoscopy and reported to me that some ulser problem and give medicine after three month again examine by colonoscopy then reported me that no ulser and again give some medicine with COLVAC TABLET . COLVAC tablet i take at night after dinner by this i feel some relief but now DOCTOR advice to me for no take COLVAC. if i not take COLVAC then I feel toilet but no clear toilet and feel my stomach heavy and heavyness my head so i can not understand that what do now %3F

You can take Lactofiber regularly, which your doctor had prescribed earlier.

- Take a high fiber diet and drink lot of fluids (about 3 - 4 litres of water daily).
- Adequate physical activity is also important. I would advice you to do 30 minutes of brisk walking everyday.
