Resolved question:
Dear doctor, iam planning to conceive in month, so i did all blood test including thyroid. All results are fine except TSH. It shows-5.02mIU/L. When is asked to the GP i did not get right answer from him and only advised to repeat the test with in 6 weeks. Am i safe to conceive, and if there is any complication while pregnancy. Additionally do i have to take any medicine for this. No family history at all, and i got one kid already but every thing was fine for her. Its writtern that, sub clinical hypothyroidisam and never been this diagnosis before. Any way to treat naturally. Please reply ASAP.

Hello
Thanks for writing to DoctorSpring.com with your health concern.
Actually, before planning a conception, TSH ideally should be less than 3.0.
There is no natural way to treat this.
If you are planning to conceive, please start Tab. Thyronorm / Eltroxin 25 micrograms once daily.
Repeat TSH after 6 weeks.
If it normalizes, you can plan a pregnancy.
All the best
