Resolved question:
Good day Doctor,
I'm a 29 yr old male in the United States, and It's been about 9 1/2 weeks since I had vaginal intercourse with a female. I used a condom, and the intercourse lasted probably no more than 3 minutes. I come to find out later that she has "been around", and it worried be quite a bit. If by this point I haven't had any symptoms of any kind, would you say that I can put my mind at ease in terms of contracting a STD?
Thanks for your help, Doctor!

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Yes, all the acute STIs like herpes, gonorrhoea, or chlamydia would have showed up by now.
Moreover, since you used a condom you got nothing to worry about.
Not even HIV, condom negates that too.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
Thank you, Doctor! I appreciate the prompt reply. This certainly puts my mind at ease. Have a great day!!
Thank you for your appreciation.
Take care!
