After three days i began to have flu like symptoms and burning sensation and mild fever with nausea and head at back and sides are hot to touch is it possible to get infected by n fowleri and acenthaneba spp. Or meningitis? And I am feeling pain when I press my eyes and having urine infection. am I at the risk if getting infected? Abd what are treatment options? And how to prevent from getting infected?

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
There is a slight possibility of transmission of bacterial infection, but it is not that serious of a exposure to end up causing meningitis.
Your flu symptoms, is mostly because of the cut, as anywhere around the nose, infection can develop easily.
You should meet your physician who can advise a course of antibiotic for you, I will advise a course of Augmentin ( Amoxycillin + Clavulunate acid ) 650 mg twice daily for a week. The flu symptoms will subside. For your urine, you need to follow-up with your urine routine reports.
Best Regards.
sir thank you for your reply, is it possible to get n fowleri or acenthameba spp. like I said above ,I had started vomiting every thing I eat and drink, even I feel very tired and I have symptoms of cold and flu and dizziness is it that dangeorus? and I started sweating constantly from that day, and my mouth is dry if I drink water or eat something I feel nausea, and pain in back of head and neck (at back ) and two sides of head still the cut in nostrils is painful, are there any treatment options for that? because I heard n.fowleri is so deadly and don't has any cure and I am scared of it.please try to reply me sir thank you
I already mentioned that you need to start taking the antibiotics and the symptoms will subside.
There is no risk of fowleri or acanthamoeba infection here. Please do not worry.
You also seem very stressed which is worsening your condition, please take the antibiotic as mentioned, you will feel a lot better.
