I would advise you to immediately consult a sexologist who will advise on tests such as blood and urine antibody test. Other tests include oral mucosal transudate test for testing fluid from inside the mouth and rapid antibody test. If the reports are found to be positive, then you have AIDS. Once found positive, there are treatments to arrest the disease. You should go to a government authorized HIV testing center where everything is kept confidential.
