Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have read details of your question.I have seen x ray pictures. It looks that right hip is still not correct. If your x ray pictures are after doing opening of hip joint & correction osteotomy then at present doing splinting will be safer & later on when your child become older then acetabular procedures can be performed .By this procedure they make false socket for femur so that balanced gait can be gained.
Hope this all will help you.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

if not, at what age it will be safe for her to do acetabular procedures? what is the possible risks of this surgery?
Hello,
Splinting may help before 4 year of age. After this age acetabular procedure are more helpful.
The general risks which are associated with other surgeries are also associated with this surgery like infection, necrosis of head of femur, etc.
