High heart rate, anxiety on MDMA. SEROTONIN SYNDROME?

I took MDMA last night and I think I may have serotonin syndrome as my heart rate is still quite high and anxiety has become prominent. What should I do now?

As MDMA is highly toxic drug and the described symptoms are common after the substance abuse. There is no specific treatment for MDMA toxicity. I would highly advise you to visit the emergency department. The doctor may give you a full check up and supportive treatment may include benzodiazepines to relieve your anxiety.
