Patient replied :

No i dont have such clots every periods. But i do have clots. This kind of clot is even experienced by me for the first time otherwise i have normal clots.
And regarding sexally active my answer is "YES". Not that much but once in 2-3 months.

The clot is suggestive of a probable early miscarriage.
You can get a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan, that will confirm that there are no more products left inside the uterus now.
Also, it will rule out other reasons for such heavy clots - such as cyst, fibroid etc.
Just use protection during intercourse, and maintain a menstrual diary to chart your periods.
Please have an examination by an OB - GYN, and hormonal tests ( FSH, LH, TSH ) plus a Pap smear.
That and the ultrasound scan that I mentioned.
Get your hemoglobin levels checked, since you feel weak due to heavy clotting.
You can consider starting iron and multivitamin supplements for 3 months, they will make you feel better.
Take care.

One more question doctor.
I am sexually active but every time i have an intercourse my vegina pains much for the frst time then it relaxes. And why is it like after every 2-3 months when i have intercourse it pains like i m having for the 1st time. it should have got habituated and spread accordingly.
And i have heard a myth that smooch (french kiss) also makes a girl/woman pregnent. Is it correct??

You are having infrequent sex, that is why there is pain everytime.
Once you start having regular sex , it will disappear.
Nobody can ever get pregnancy by French kissing or smooching.
