Hello, Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.
From your symtoms its most likely you are suffering from chemical poisoning. Chemical poisoning occurs from pesticides or heavy metals like lead, zinc.
The chemical has dissolved in blood, reaching tissues an dorgans and damaging them. It has turned your blood viscid causing decreased blood flow therefore causing dizziness and exarcerbating the damage already cased to organs. Your body has got toxic amounts of the chemical, bringing in a lot of complications to liver, kidney and eventually will effect your heart also. Yes, it has well effected your thyroid as well, causing decreased production of thyroid hormones.
As a first step of management, if its present only when you go to apartment, then I suggest you change your home. As staying away from the place that caused you the problem will be more helpful for the symptoms to vanish and effect on th eotgans to subside. Secondly its needed you take a blood test for the amount of heavy metals ,by this you can know which is increasedly present and if toxicity is too much. Use the appropriate chelating agent for it.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask follow-up questions
