I took panadol actifast at 4:00 pm and xanax 0.5 at 5:00 am ... I have a headache its 5:33 am now and want to take a panadol actifast is that okay or dangerous ??

You should avoid, but if the pain is unbearable, then you can take one more panadol provided you have had your breakfast. I know it's too eaely for you in the morning, but if you have a meal, or at least a cup of milk, the chances of gastric irritation will be considerably lesser. If you take one more tablet now, avoid taking any more tablets for the next 12 hours.
