Hello
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
Does this happen only around your periods ?
If yes, this is part of the symptoms that women experience as premenstrual syndrome.
Some women are just prone to it.
I would have advised you to get your hemoglobin and TSH levels checked, but you mentioned that recent blood work is normal.
You may try the birth control pill , as it sometimes helps to mitigate premenstrual symptoms.
Also, please try and improve on your diet and hydration, and a little exercise ( as little as 30 minutes a week, 5 days a week ) goes a long way in improving your overall well being.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

I am still feeling very tired after my period has ended. I've attached my recent labs. Is my thyroid levels something to be concerned about? How can hormone levels be tested? I also have about 5/6 tiny red dots that look like blood under the surface of my skin on my torso. (Abdomen up to breasts) and It seems very odd. I get exhausted in the afternoon. Extreme fatigue until about 8 or 9 at night then I get a wind of energy and am ready for bed around 11. I breastfed my son for 2.5 years old patientand he will be 3 in October. I didn't get my period until March of 2015 and I got pregnant in January 2012. Could my body be having trouble maybe with hormones because of this huge gap? The t4 free seems normal but ths is elevated
The levels are absolutely fine.
Please get your hemoglobin levels checked.
Also please mention your weight.
Following hormones can be checked if you wish to know if the reason is the menstrual gap - FSH, LH, Prolactin, on day 2 of your cycle.
Take care.

I'm 126 lbs 5'7". Isn't hemoglobin part of the cbc usually?
Yes it is.
I went through your reports, and maybe it was an oversight on my part, but I could not see the hemoglobin levels.
