Hello

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I went through the link and i saw the picture as well. But i would appreciate it if i can see your rash. In dermatology we differentiate one rash from the other by seeing the location , type etc. Hence it would be important to opine on your rash only after i see it.

In the above link, there seems to be a lot of dryness of the skin almost causing eczema and the resultant cuts. Since that part is inflamed any friction will cause aggravation of the condition.
For the condition in the link,
I would recommend application of cortisone cream on the area twice a day. Also application of a moisturizing cream will be helpful.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Thank you for your reply, But i would like to tell you that the picture from the link and from mine is different , but the description mentioned in the forum exactly matches to me.
And I like to tell you the rashes will disappear without any medication within 2-3 days. Can you tell me why this happens. Even a slight stimulation ( even masturbation) causes the rashes , its something like peeling of skin of that area.
I am uploaded todays pic of same part, you can see that the skin cuts are almost gone(without medication). you can compare with yesterdays pic
Sorry for my bad english, I hope you can understand my words
I look forward to hear from you

Hello
This looks like an erosion caused due to friction. Hence when not stimulated it settles on its own. When the area is still not fully healed and is stimulated again it causes the same thing.
I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week.
That should help to heal it well.
You need to use some lubrication to ease out the intense friction while masturbating or having a sexual intercourse, which might not lead to this erosion again.
Hope this helps, fee free to discuss further
