I fell on some Ice on Friday and now my Left elbow has some fluid built up can I wait till Monday to see my GP or should go the the Hospital

If the swelling does not increase in size, or the pain does not worsen, you can wait till Monday.
Till then you can take an anti-inflammatory like Advil SOS to get relief from the pain. It will also reduce the swelling, by reducing the inflammation.
