Dear Sir, My 15 years old daughter is suffering from fever since last three days gave her paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day gave amoxcilin 500 mg thrice a day. But no relief in fever still she feels vomiting, fever, head and body ace. we did not gone through any test. Please suggest any good medicine for now.

Thank you for your question at DoctorSpring.com. I understand that your daughter is suffering from fever since 3 days which has not subsided on medications.
There is no reason to be worried. The onset of fever usually indicates an infection. It is usually associated with symptoms such as vomiting, headache, stiff neck, myalgia.
Fever could be due to various causes such as malaria, dengue, typhoid, meningitis, severe stomach bug.
I would suggest you to get a complete blood test, dengue IgG and IgM, blood culture, widal test, blood smear for malarial parasites and lumbar puncture if needed by the doctor.
Based on the reports , it would be best to start appropriate treatment. You can continue with tablet paracetamol thrice a day after food, tablet zofran twice a day after food to stop the vomiting for 2 days, take plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration and adequate rest.
I would suggest you to meet with your doctor at the earliest. This is completely treatable. Hope this helps.
