i have been taking Tylenol and Morton and Thera flu all week and they are not working
I had a sore throat Monday but haven't since. No difficulty urinating but it smells relly bad like ammonia
I wwas constipated earlier in the week but I have had two bowl movements a since the the llast one on Friday was very loose
ive never had a uti or kediney infection

If the urine smells bad it is possible that you have an UTI, and you should get it tested. The belly pain can be due to the same. You definitely need a strong antibiotic ( Broad spectrum - Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily ), for a week. Regarding bowel movements, let me know if the loose stool persists.
I will advise you a urine test, an urine culture, and a CBC.
Please get back with these investigations.

Thank you. I got a urinalisys I did have a uti and kidney infection caused by strep throat. I am now on two antibiotics. Thanks so much for your help.
