Since you're a weight lifter, it must be a pulled muscle, I understand you said it doesn't feel like that, but it is the most likely possibility. Weight lifting puts a lot of pressure on the abdominal muscles and sometimes they can just go very numb and you may feel weak because of the same.
You need to just take a couple of days off and see if the symptoms subside. If it doesn't you can get back to me, and I can ask you to get a few investigations done.
