Resolved question:
71 years old cardiac patient, with Paroxismal Atrial fibrillation on anticoagulation, is presenting now with headache, decreased hearing in the right ear, paresthesia in the right face, and slight imbalance. ; 2 months ago she had a syncopal episode; the paramedics were called at the time and they arrived after 30 minutes; they found no ECG changes, and the blood pressure was normal.
Please have a look at the MRIs from here https://d.transfer.ro/CDuri_Iulia-transfer_ro-16sep-8f48d4.rar

Hello,
Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.
Our Neurologist has replied back saying he is not able to access the file since it is very large. Please note we do no allow external files and files greater than 50mb for security reasons. Could you please upload the MRI reports alone, without the images ?
(Also a complete MRI evaluation is beyond the scope of the service )
Also please provide these additional details.
1.Since when the patient is having the symptoms ? (Date of onset)
2. I assume the MRIs were taking previously (before the current episode.) If so what was the indication for the MRI ?
3.Is she having any weakness of the limbs / speech difficulty / swallowing difficulty ?
You can reply as a followup
Thank you
