Hi,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms as well as the MRI brain findings.
MRI brain findings are due to dilated Virchow Robin spaces, which contain the normal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). This is a normal finding/variation seen in some people, and it is not a disease. This does not require any treatment.
Regarding your symptoms, they can not be explained on the basis of MRI brain findings, as the findings are not suggestive of any disease. So, the possibilities include migraine and muscle tension headache.
Medications can be taken for relief of symptoms such as analgesics, and for migraine.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,

Hello,
In trying to dismiss this as just headaches. But they are still ongoing. At the moment I feel a strong pain in the top of my head and it feels like it is coming from inside my head, I fee a little weird it's not something I have felt before. I feel like I'm sweating and heated. I wouldn't say I'm feeling light headed but I certainly don't feel normal.
Thank you for getting back.
As I earlier mentioned, your MRI is within 'normal' limits. So, we need to consider a diagnosis of one of the primary headache disorders (where the brain imaging is normal) such as migraine or tension type headache.
These can be well treated with medications such as amitriptyline, propranolol, topiramate, divalproex, etc.
