1. Weakness of arms / legs / side of the body
2. Deviation of angle of mouth
3. Blurring of vision
4. Trouble in swallowing

You can reply as a followup. Your symptoms seems like a vasovagal syncope or dizziness, which is nothing to be worried about. I will update once you reply
Thank you
I have none of the danger signs you listed. Today I am feeling better, not 100% but much better. What could the causes of vasovagal syncope or dizziness be?
That's good to know. If you have none of those danger signs then you can observe for sometime. Especially since you are feeling better. It could be of vasovagal etiology, and but we could never know for sure. And honest with detailed testing and evaluation it is a difficult to ascertain a cause even if it was vasovagal. Do get your blood pressure checked. And a fasting blood sugar and ECG is a good idea. You may not hurry to the ER, but a routine examination and the above mentioned tests will make sure your heart and general health is alright. Hope this helps. Thank you.
