Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your son's details and would like to reassure that he is on correct diet/nutritional supplements.
If an EEG (electroencephalography) has not been done, please get it done to exclude myoclonic epilepsy.
I hope it helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries.
Best wishes,

THANKS DOCTOR FOR YOUR REPLY
IS HE NEED ANY MEDICATION OR SUPPLEMENTS FOR JERKS.,
AND HE SLEEP HIS EYE LID OPEN 1/4 , AND ADVICE PLEASE
Thank you for getting back.
Jerks with normal EEG may not require any medications.
However, if they are troubling him, clonazepam or sodium valproate tablets may be used.
Open eyelids during sleep also does not require medicines.
