Resolved question:
My husband has below symptoms from last 4-5 days. Visited doctor, test results and prescription is attached. Please confirm whether we are going into right direction or not?
Day One
-Vomiting
Day2 &3 (Specially in night and could not sleep 2 night)
- Difficulty in breathing, congestion feeling and very few fresh blood clots in cough
- Gargled, gave lemon honey water and steam to help in congestion
- Slept on pillows with chest down.
Day 3
- Visited Doctor and after that Blood tests and chest X-Ray were done.
- 2 days constant BP monitoring at home (Via Digital BP machine) is also attached
- I am giving him saltless lunch and dinner. Any diet plan as per his test results will be great help
Day4 and Day 5
- Noticed frequent hiccups which last for 5-10 min twice or thrice a day, specially before lunch/dinner time
Note: he had hiccups before lunch and now just had vomitting after lunch 30 mins back.
BP reading for past two days
15th feb (4pm) - 156/113 (s/d)
15th feb (12pm) - 120/179 (s/d)
16th feb (8 am) - 154/123 (s/d)
16th feb (4pm) - 184/122 (s/d)
16th feb (12pm) - 164/117 (s/d)
17th feb (8am) - 160/116 (s/d)
17th feb (4pm) - 172/121 (s/d)
Please confirm are we on right track?

Your husband's creatinine has shot up above normal limits.
Is he diabetic? Does he have fever? Does he have reduced urine output? Is he dehydrated?
I think he should be under observation in a hospital rather than at home. Do you have an ecg of his taken in last one or 2 days? Kindly get a 2d echo, and serum nt pro bnp, and serum trop I levels done for him.

He neither have fever nor diabetic.
urine output is fine. He drinks 4-5 Glasses water daily.
today ultrasound is done for kidney. Waiting for report.
his cretinine level is increased from 103 to 190 in last to days. What could be the reason in constant incraese?
i have given him Boiled egg only white part in breakfast. Is it becoz of tht or due to medicine?

Hello,
Did he start the tazloc trio medicine recently. Creatinine may rise due to dehydration vomiting low blood pressure or medications or urinary obstruction like prostate etc. Having diabetes and blood pressure increases the risk. Egg white is unlikely to cause such sudden rise. Its good that you be treated in a hospital because treatment at home will not be complete.
