Hi, I recently have been experiencing some very strange symptoms. I caught the common cold and treated it with DayQuil, NyQuil and acetaminophen. Then (Friday) I started experiencing some stomach aches and bloating occasionally, it happens to me from time to time. But this time I am sweating and have a dull pain in my abdomen. I have been getting nothing but diarrhea and at night the stomach pain is a little more severe and the diarrhea is black (I read that DayQuil and acetaminophen can make that happen but I believe it is unrelated. ). I woke up in the middle of the night last night needing to go to the bathroom and otherwise feel gurgling in my stomach.
