My Girl Friend is 23 Years Old and we are in relation since last 6 years.
We Met on Dec 27 2014 after so many days and we had a oral sex. Her previous period date was on Dec 13th 2014 and till today she did not have period i.e its already 15+ days delayed and yesterday she spotted RED color blood, she thought it was her period but it did not come. I am pretty much sure that on that day sperm did nt come out nor penis was near to vagina. we are highly tensed now. will the precum cause pregnancy?? i read that sperm in the precum will not be present after we pee. i am sure that i didnt get sperm out before we met. my only fear is precum might or might not have touched the fingers and fingering might have made precum in contact with vagina. but i am 99% sure that precum didnt touch my fingers before i fingered.

Let me assure you, from the exposure you had there is NO way she can be pregnant.
For pregnancy to occur, intercourse has to occur, and at least a minimal amount of semen needs to be discharged inside the vagina, where vaginal contractions will push it to the uterus for fertilisation to occur.
So be rest assured she is not pregnant.
There are various causes for delayed period such as hormonal imbalance, anxiety, e.t.c
If period does not occur in the next one week, you can get her examined by a gynaecologist.
But she is definitely NOT pregnant.

just another question. . . in the worst scenario if assumed, will tiny amount of precum touched to fingers before fingering cause pregnency??

As I told you pre-cum can't cause pregnancy. And fingering even if you have semen on your fingers can't cause pregnancy.
