Yes, this looks very much like vaginal melanoma.
Treatment is mainly surgical removal of the tissue.
BIopsy of the removed area serves dual purposes - confirming diagnosis of melanoma, and making sure that all of it is removed, as borders would be clear.
More aggressive melanomas might need radiotherapy.
Please have an OB = GYN evaluation at the earliest.

It seems to cover a fair bit of my vagina ... If I had to have it removed would my vagina be all messed up?

Please dont hesitate to ask me anything, and I mean - anything at all.
Yes, if a lot of your vagina is involved, it would be removed.
BUt it would not affect your sexual life in any form.
This is because the vagina is a highly distensible organ, it stretches easily.
And the doctor would be reconstructing the removed part surgically.
Dont worry about that.
