Resolved question:
As of yesterday my stool is a very dark green almost black no matter what I eat. And when I go I wipe until it's clean but the next couple of times I go to urinate there is stool on the paper again like I never wiped. Also I have what looks like an external hemorrhoid. WhT can I do? Will this go away on its own? I have also started taking zantrex 3 black as of yesterday and that's when this all started. Could it be related?

No zantrex 3 black may not be responsible for your symptoms.
You probably have a stomach bug.
A stool analysis may be done for confirmation.
You can take a course of probiotics for relief.
External hemorrhoids will not go on its own. It has to be removed surgically.
