I understand your concern.
You are not able to sneeze for 2 weeks, you had bleeding from nose 1 week before.
Some time we have bleeding just because of increased pressure due to sneezing, which can cause damage to very small blood vessels in skin/mucosa of nose. At present you do not have any bleeding from nose so now we can ignore it and you need not to apply any ointment now.
To get relief from nasal irritation you can start following medication :
Tab. Allegra (fexofenadine ) 120 mg one in night for 10 days.
At present you do not require any investigation

Hi,
for about 7 months i haven't sneeze, i have the sneezing sensation but i don't feel the need to sneeze and it is not very strong mybe it is itching, also i didn't sneeze at all during this 7 months, i just did twice by inserting tissue and tickle my nose, but i didn't sneeze by my self ! is it normal to not sneeze for long time or i should sneeze very often, i noticed all my family sneeze at least twice a day, I am very afraid, To be honest i didn't used the madecine you have mentioned in the last answer ( tab allegra )
