Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
First of all i would like to ask what was reason to do all these test, was there any chest pain or breathlessness.
I would like to see the ECG and if possible send the angio pictures
From the above test you have sent you don't seem to any evidence of heart attack.
Whether echo cardiogram has been done , if yes then send the report.
Most of the time in heart attack , the initials test may be negative , but to confirm that we have to repeat the test after 12 hrs

Hi I had chest pain and ligh headed. My left arm also left pins and needles. I am a type two diabetic but well controlled thru diafirmin and dust reading whilst at hospital 5.8. They did run those other tests but don't have the result. The summary simple states review 4-6 months. They also prescribed atorvastain sz 49mg 1 per say and apron 100mg also 1 per day.
Hope that helps
As per your history there was chest pain, but i would like to know whether the pain was at rest or on doing any work. Your HbA1C is within normal range , that your blood sugars were fairly well controlled over last 4 to 6 months.
In a diabetic patient we usually advice aspirin for primary prophylaxis and for cholesterol the dosage will depend on the blood levels. Since your serum triglycerides were high you were rightly prescribed .
Daily walk 4 to 5 km in one hour at least 5 days in week
Good control of your blood sugars and cholesterol levels
Periodically monitor your blood pressure .
Eat plenty of green vegetables and fruits which low glycemic index
The above measures will keep your heart healthy
