1)Since when are you having the headache? 5-6 years
2)Do you get this headache often? yes...
3)Do you feel it worsens when you bend your head forward or lie down? no.. It is continuous on either side of head (always one side) eyes are too sleepy
4)Have you taken medication for it? I always take combiflam and i take combiflam sometimes in every 2 days
5)Do you have any other health problems like high blood pressure or Diabetes or are you pregnant? no,

Hello and thankyou for your reply. From what you have described you have Chronic headache which is must probably a migraine headache.
I would advise you to go to the Neurologist and get yourself properly examined for the same. Headaches can occur due to medication overuse too.
Such frequent used of analgesics / painkillers (combiflam) is not advised.
If you are having headaches for more that 15 days per month, it is highly advisable that you get yourself examined and go on prophylactic treatment to prevent the headache.
Drugs such as propranolol, timolol,metoprolol, amitryptiline etc have found to be very effective in preventing headaches. But these drugs should be taken on prescription and your physician needs to monitor you and see if they are having an effect and accordingly change the dose.
In addition you need to avoid triggers that cause your headache and such as bright light, stress, irregular eating headaches, improper sleep, certain odors, smoke etc.
So it is advisable that you make a few lifestyle change like
1) Find ways to manage your stress
2) Make sure you eat on time and do not stay hungry, maintain proper eating cycles
3) Get adequate sleep and maintain proper sleeping cycles
4) Exercise regularly
5) Do yoga/meditation
