I need more information so that I can give a better opinion.

2. Where exactly is the pain felt?
3. Does food intake reduce pain?
4. What is the endoscopy report?
5. Were you tested for H.pylori infection?
6. How long have you been having diarrhea? Any blood or mucus in it?
7. Any other symptoms you have?
Kindly get back to me with these information and I would give my opinion.

Hi,
Thanks for providing the additional information.
As per the endoscopy report, both your foodpipe and stomach are inflamed.
I would advise to get tested for H.pylori infection.
Rablet IT is a good medication.
But since you do not find adequate relief with that, you can consider taking Sucrafil-O suspension 10 ml three times a day along with rablet IT.
Diarrhea could be a side effect of rablet or could be due to infection.
Get a stool analysis done to rule out infection.
For relief take probiotic supplements like Bifilac thrice a day for one week.
I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
