Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.
I have read your mail and have also gone through the medical report of your son.
He is suffering from epilepsy and developmental delay. In addition, he also has hyperactivity.
He is on good medications for controlling his epilepsy. If his seizure control is not good, other medications that could help him are sodium valproate, levetiracetam, lamotrigine, etc.
He would also benefit from physiotherapy and speech therapy.
Going forwards, he would definitely get better and would evolve into a wonderful young man.
Please feel free to discuss further if you have more queries.
May God bless him abundantly and make him get better soon.
Best wishes,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar MD (Medicine), DM (Neurology)
