Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Considering your age, it is unlikely that you are having any serious issue. Do you have any previous history of heart disorders ( valvular heart disease )?
I also need to see your ECG to be able to comment along with your BP, and the medicines you had taken.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
Patient replied :
I've never had any known heart problems I've been test few times everything's come back normal my BP was 141/89 i don't know how I could show you my ecg I never got a paper or anything about it and the meds I'm on is mexloicam 7.5 and omeprazole dr 20 mg
Mostly if there were any significanlt findings in the ECG, they would have informed you.
BP is also on the higher side, considering your age, which could be due to stress, or you need further montioting to see if you have hypertension.
The medicines have ben given mostly for a muscular pain, however that does not explain your heart racing symptom. Your BP might be getting high, please get it evaluated once again, and it is better you get back to the doctor for further evaluation. An ECHO will be required to rule out cardiac disorders.
Regards.
