I understand your concern.
I saw all his reports. His LFT is deranged ( 5 times above normal nearly ) and his cholesterol values are high too. Kindly mention what medicines he is on since i could not see the prescription attached with his last report.
Regarding his passing of blood ( hematuria ), it could be because of local UTI, which has not been treated for a long time. I will advise you to get a urine routine and also give his urine for culture as soon as possible and based on that we can proceed further.
Does he have any pain while passing urine? Is there any burning sensation or lower abdominal pain?

No sir, he have not any pain,
PRESCRIPTION SIR, is not know with me, THESE MEDICINES HE TAKES FROM LAST 3-4 YEARS
medicines he takes ZYLORIC, PANTOP D, ROZUCOR 10, URSOCOL (SR600)
HE HAS DUST ALERGY NOW IT IS IN LOW LEVEL AFTER PREVIOUS MEDICINES GIVEN, BUT KHANSI HOTA RAHETA HAI. AFTER TAKING ALLEX COUGH SYRUP ITS BECOMES CONTROL. GAS ACIDITY SOME PROBLEM IN TAKING MUTTON OR ETC.

Thank you for the follow up.
I will advise you to get an urine routine/culture and Ultrasound Whole Abdomen done. If CT SCAN is possible you can get CT Abdomen done too.
Such bleeding could also be secondary to ureteric colic, or pyelonephritis. That can be diagnosed with the help of CT SCAN.
