Resolved question:
I have very very ER positive lobular cancer. I had 8 lymph nodes so I worry about it spreading though. I want to be able to trust the AI therapy, but I worry that if the cells mutate, they may become ER negative. My ALLRED score is 8. Is it likely for someone with such indolent breast cancer to have it change to ER- when it divides? I am hoping that slow divisions help avoid mistakes (such as an ER positive cancer turning ER negative). What do you think? What do you think the chances are of any divisions keeping the ER positive status?

Dear
ER positivity of Allred 8 has an ecellent prognosis. The chances of mutation to become ER negative takes probably a very long time, in years, though definitive number cannot be determined.
Thank you. Are you sure that breast cancers with high ALLRED scores are more indolent than other cancers? Do you have any proof of this?
The proof for good prognosis in high ALLRED score is all over the internet and scientific literature.
