I have seen the pics attached and it probably looks like initial stage of lichen simplex chronicus. LSC is a type of eczema that is characterised by change in skin texture and itching.
Now to treat the same, use a good moisturising cream containing urea or lactic acid multiple times in a day. Use topical steroid salicylic acid cream( like clobetasol / halobetasol/mometasone cream in combination with salicylic acid 3 percent). If there is itching, you may take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once in a day. Hopefully in a week the lesion would resolve.
