Resolved question:
I have a chronic bad breath. I have been to many dentist. Most of them give me some mouth washes. I brush twice, floss regularly. I have found that my problem is somehow related to my throat. I used cotton to see from which part the bad breath is coming. I found that Its the rear end of tongue which smells bad not my teeth or my gum. I feel a constant mucus in my throat which gives a bitter taste to my mouth. Any suggestion.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
You have consistent post-nasal discharge and that itself is a cause of halitosis or bad breath.
Sometimes chronic sinus infections, or recurrent allergies present with a persistent post-nasal discharge.
I will first advise you to get a CT SCAN of the para nasal sinuses done, to see if sinus is the source. Based on that, I can advise you further.
Hope this was helpful
Regards.
