I understand your concern.
From the image it looks like a boil, but the possible of folliculitis, infection of the hair folicle can't be ruled out.
Is it progressively increasing in size? Is there any associated itching? How long has it been there?
I will advise you to apply Mupirocin ointment 3-4 times daily on the lesion and it should go down on its own.
I will guide you further once you give me additional information that i asked for.
