I need to know the exact report of the Pap smear to be able to say if you should be worried, or not.
In general, bacteria on the smear implies an infection, that would, at the most, need antibiotics.
However, if there is no response with the earlier caregiver, it is best to have a Pap smear repeated at a reliable centre.
That way you would be assured.
