1. Since when is he having these symptoms? Since One year ago. 2. Is the pain in the upper abdomen or lower? In the upper and lower abdomen 3. How long does each episode ofpsin last? Don't understand the word ofpsin ? 4. Any factor that worsens or relieves his pain? Is worsens but it comes and goes . 5. Does pain affect his sleep? No. 6. Is he losing weight? Yes 3 - 5 kilo but the lose of weight has stoped now. 7. How are his bowel movements? He feel nothing ?

1. How long does each episode of pain last? 1 - 2 hours
2. What worsens his pain? Nothing special it comes and it goes without notice.
3. What provides him relief from pain? The medicine he takes controloc 20. Spascolon ,
and pentasa 500.
4. Is he having loose stools or constipation? Normal most of the times.

Thanks for providing the additional information.
The most likely cause for his symptoms is Crohn's disease.
The medication Pentasa which has been prescribed is meant for treating Crohn's disease only.
But I feel some of the tests have not been done properly. I would advise you to get a repeat upper GI endoscopy done for him. The lesion in the stomach has not been evaluated properly. In addition to that a CT scan of the abdomen ( a CT enterolysis) may also be done to examine the small bowel.
You can consult your gastroenterologist for these tests and further management.
