Hello
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Sharp localised pains in chest are unlikely to be due to coronary artery disease. The pain along with fever points to an infective or inflammatory pathology. It could be due to pleuritis or pericarditis. I would suggest you get at least a minimum of the following :
2 d echo, ecg, chest xray, esr, hemogram, renal function test and trop I.
Kindly let me know the results. The medicines are appropriate. But if you do not have pain relief then you may ask your doctor to provide stronger pain killers.

Hello,
Thank you for the follow up.
If the pain is going down, give it a week's time, it will get better.
What is the level of cholesterol?
Regards.
