Hi Dr.
Thanks for your reply. I am concerned about the cosmetic deformity and my strength. Can this surgery be reversed and is it customary for a doctor to perform this surgery without informing the patient of the risks? I would've liked to been given a choice.

and to add to the question my doctor said my tear was about 99%. hanging on by a thread.
