Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com.
Did your father undergo heart attack any point of time? The ecg seems normal but is reported as heart attack. What is the echo report. Is the heary function normal?
He has bradycardia. What is the lowest heart rate that was documented? Did he have symptoms like dizziness lightheadedness or blackout anytime? Does he have blackout while exercising.
I would recommend he undergo a tmt so as to document whether the heart rate rises appropriately with exercise. If the heart rate doesn't rise appropriately it may cause exercise intolerance and fatigue.
You could take coq or omega 3 fatty acid. They have some interactions but still can be taken with the medicines he is on. There are some reports that these medicines specially coq may be helpful for muscle function. But how much it will help for generalised fatigue will be evident only after you try it. Ginseng may also be useful for easy fatigability.
Hope this helps, please feel free to discuss further.
